I loved working with Michael Conquilla of Sierra Subaru, Monrovia Southern California. I ordered a 2024 Outback Wilderness, upon meeting him he spent more time creating a personal connection with me than he did trying to sell a car and after the initial order continuing into now after receiving the vehicle, he reaches out to me to see if I have any questions or concerns and because of this attention I am going to recommend everyone I can to him. I drove over 20 miles passing other Subaru dealers to meet him after listening to your show and I will forever be glad I did.

Michael Conquilla was wonderful to work with. I originally called to make an appointment and he called me back to discuss my needs. He called again the day prior to meeting to make sure he had everything I desired ready, including the cars I wanted to test drive. Upon arrival we again sat down to review what he had set up for us. After our test drives we decided on a 2022 Forester Touring model. Throughout the process Michael was always making sure he understood our wants. He really cared for us which was unlike another car purchase. I highly recommend Michael and will refer him to anyone looking for a auto. I'm a long time listener of the Carpros and first time user of its VIP customer. This VIP program is as advertised. The best car buying experience you'll ever have. I have tried a number of programs before when buying a new car. The CarPro process has been the easiest by far. Michael Conquilla called me back within a few hours of my original email through CarPros. He spent the time with me on the phone going through all of the Foresters that were coming in until we found the one he reserved for me. He kept me updated until it came in. He was friendly, professional and patient as we reviewed the car and finalized the deal. And he continues to follow up with me. Thank you Michael for putting me in my third Forester.

The process was easy. I did everything by email and over the phone. Unfortunately, I had to pay the manufacturer recommended price since the Subaru Crosstrek Sport was not on the lot. I was concerned that the Subaru Outback I loved was going to be too wide for my narrow driveway, so with Ellen<br>Leung's permission Ethan followed me home and we checked. Sales and Finance were excellent - 5 stars. <br><br>Have issue with driver side window operation switch being damaged. Certified check sheet showed checked and clearly it was missed. Also center information display has faulty display. Planning on returning for correction. Overall, car is excellent - annoying to have to return for an item that should have been caught.

I've been a loyal listener to the CarPro radio show of Jerry Reynolds for some time now, so I decided to test the waters and see if CarPro could "walk the talk." To make this long story short, Sierra Subaru exceeded all of my expectations. It was the easiest car dealer experience I've ever had. I spoke to Ellen Leung about a week before my visit to the dealership, I gave her my credit score and financial info ($3,300 cash down) and advised I was 76 years old but I wanted to buy NOT lease a safe, reliable vehicle with payments around $325-350 per month. There was a certified 2017 Crosstrek in stock with approx. 37,000 miles but it was on recall for a tail light issue. I had a 2001 BMW purchased for my daughter (who stayed in Chicago at N.Western University to get a Ph.D, and visited 3 or 4 times in ten years. The car had approx. 95,000 miles and was just like new and had been beautifully maintained. In the end I traded it and added the money to my down payment. Imagine my surprise when I learned I could have a 2019 Crosstrek and my payments, even with an extended 8 yr. warranty (I drive less than 5,000 miles per year) were $366.16/mo. The best part was the interest rate, it was lower than Bank of America offered me as a 40+ year preferred customer. I had a great buying experience at Sierra Subaru. My friend purchased in 2018 two vehicles (both Crosstreks) from a Santa Monica (Subaru) dealer and paid $40,000 cash each. My friend Victoria thought I should go to Santa Monica to get my vehicle. I did not and I am so HAPPY!! You know what? Victoria should have gone to see Ellen, Safia and Mike at Sierra Subaru. PS Love your Saturday morning show -- invaluable informative, no high pressure sales pitches -- no baloney. Just basic truthful information.

He did his best, but in the end he did not have what I was looking for, although he did offer to try to locate it. In the end I decided it was too far away and since I did not have something to trade, getting there from Fountain Valley would prove to be too difficult. It was worth the extra drive to get the better service. The Subaru dealership that is just a couple of miles from home would have gotten a 1 on all the above ratings. Although, they could have given me more for my trade-in.

I knew exactly the car I wanted so I requested all the numbers for a 3yr/36k lease from Sierra Subaru. Michael sent a complete rundown of the pricing. The price of the car was $2,000 less than another dealer had quoted me, so we made an appointment with Michael and did the deal and got the car that night. Our experience was exactly as described by Jerry on his broadcast--a courteous, professional process--no tricks, no haggling, no upselling for added-cost items we didn't want. It was actually an ENJOYABLE process!<br>

Jeff Stevens was truly a class act every step of the way. He was kind, professional, and a real gentleman. He arranged a test drive of a Subaru Forester for me. During our test drive, it became clear that the Forster lacked the power I was looking for in an SUV. He took my opinion with grace, dignity and not the least amount of pressure. He encouraged me to test drive an Outback with a turbo engine, which I plan to do some time in the future.<br><br>Later in the day, I discovered that I had left my checkbook in the test vehicle. Although he was swamped when I returned to retrieve it, Jeff walked me over to the Forester to recover my checkbook. Good guys like Jeff are hard to come by when purchasing an automobile. I intend to seek him out first when I continue my car buying journey. I give George Lin (2 Stars) and Jeff Stevens (5 Stars): George contacted me by phone after I made an internet request for a new 2021 Red Subaru Outback with the condition to trade-in my 2016 Subaru Forester with the 0% financing being offered by the end of March 31, 2021. I made an appointment with George for Saturday March 27th at 10am to make the possible deal. He did not roll out the red carpet for us with our CarProUSA Priority Pass certificate. He was very nice but extremely distracted with another customer. We spent 2 hours of very frustrating waiting with intermittent attention to our needs. After he low balled me with my car (3,000 below Carmax offer) I had enough and was ready to leave being completely insulted with a waste of my time. (Note: I drove 35 miles from Culver City to Monrovia just to deal with a Certified Dealer recommended by the CarPro). He recommended that I go to Carmax to sell my car and come back to purchase the Outback which was not currently available with the package that I wanted. I told him that if I go to Carmax to sell my car I would never come back to Serra Subaru to buy a car. It was at that point that Jennifer (his supervisor) got involved. She saw that I was extremely frustrated and I was preparing to leave (Note: my wife and dog were with me during this experience). I gave Jennifer and Sierra Subaru another chance because she said they would match the Carmax offer for my Forester. She reassigned me to a new salesperson (Jeff Stevens) from that point on the experience was like night and day. I was presented with a fair price of $2000 below MSRP for a new 2021 Crimson Red Pearl Outback (option package: 13). Jeff was extremely attentive to me, my wife, and our dog "Toby". He was able to get my new car from their sister dealership in San Bernardino within a couple of hours. We sat down with Leo Molina and finalized all the paperwork for the 3 year 0% financing for the remaining balance due. I did purchase for $2,000 an extended warranty (Subaru Added Security) for 8 years/80,00 miles that I negotiated down from $2,895. This was a very difficult decision to make this last minute added warranty to my contract. Leo was very persuasive and I am still not sure that I made the right decision to purchase this warranty for my new car. I would like to hear from you, did I make the right decision? <br><br>We arrived at 9:45am at Sierra Subaru and drove home by 6:30pm in our new 2021 Outback. It was a long day but I got the exact vehicle I wanted. It was very frustrating in the beginning but in the end I was very happy! <br><br>I am a big fan of Jerry and listen to his show almost every Saturday morning. He spoke in a language I could understand and did not pressure me in any way. Best of all he was able to offer me a monthly payment that I needed. Everything you say on your radio program about using the VIP Priority Pass is true! I printed the Pass then sent a text message explaining exactly what we were looking for and within the hour we received a call back from Michael Conquilla at Sierra Subaru. He had what we wanted in stock and we arranged a time to meet. The next day he was waiting to greet us at the front door and he had the car parked right in front of the sales room. It was truly a hassle free car buying experience and well worth the drive from our home in Huntington Beach! Michael went out of his way to ensure we were well taken care of. After several disappointing experiences at other Subaru dealers we had nothing but a positive experience at Sierra Subaru. Micaela was really helpful providing us with information before our visit and connected us with James when we arrived. Edgar Olivia was a great guy to work with for the purchase of our Subaru Ascent. We'd originally been looking for a minivan to accommodate our three-year-old son and two-month old daughter and their car seats as well as all of our stuff. We test drove the 7 passenger Ascent. I thought the 4 cylinder might feel sluggish in a vehicle that size, but the turbo had plenty of power for our needs. My wife and I brought in our two small children and Edgar expedited the process to get us through the entire car buying experience in a few hours. Can't say enough how much we appreciate that. We got to the dealership at 2pm and were heading home with our new car by 5pm. Finance person was also very nice and easy to deal with. We are enjoying our new Subaru! Smooth Sailing 2 hours, in & out. Finance added an extended warranty (at no cost to me) which does No good on a leased Forester @10,000 miles a year. <br>They increased the Capitalized Cost Reduction on the lease by the cost of the extended warranty just to satisfy Subaru Corporate that they push these extended warranties.<br>i'd rather have the extra discount on the Forester to lower my payment.<br>I love your show & thanks for what you do!

Unable to lease with an acceptable price primarily due to shortages. I have a 2018 Impreza limited MSRP $30,163 with $2000 down 36/12000 and monthly payment is currently $256. Looking to lease a Crosstrek with similar MSRP to the 2018 Impreza and offered $2000 down but lowest monthly payment from Sierra and others is in the $385 per month range. That is a $130 an month increase! Will most likely buy out the Impreza lease and wait until next year or when the dealers are back to dealing on price again.

Michael was very quick to respond to my inquiry about a Forester in his inventory, getting me a great price quote. Unfortunately, the vehicle was sold before we got a chance to see it. My wife's lease is up in 3 months, so we are not quite ready to buy. Michael suggested ordering the exact Forester model and options we wanted online at Subaru.com. It would arrive approximately a few weeks before my wife's lease is over, so we thought that would be a great option for us. Mike was incredibly helpful, went through the entire vehicle (I have not had a Subaru before), and explained everything. <br>I felt very comfortable at the dealership and although I had to drive over 60 miles from my house to get there it was worth it. There are 4 Subaru dealers much closer to me, but Monrovia is the only CarPro dealer. I guess I am a true fan!

Michael was excellent, but they had to look for the Ascent Model I wanted. I told them who had the model as I did my research. I might of jumped the gun a little as he called me the next day saying they located it. I was already in the middle of negotiations with the other dealer Glendale who I bought it from. I definitely need to give Michael credit as we verbally talked price which set me up for my purchase. I think his manager could of possibly jumped on it quicker as I needed to get this set up for a surprise Christmas present.

Ms. Stacy Chen spent some time with us showing different models of the Subaru line. We focused on one after it was down to two models. We did a test drive as what CarProUSA always recommend to do. And after some time we ended up driving home a 2021 Subaru Outback Touring XT model. We liked the way how this dealership shows the dealer sheet with the holdback cost and what we would pay for the vehicle. No high pressure sales or pitch and I like this.

Perfect buying experience. Sierra was the third Subaru dealership I visited and I shopped two Hyundai dealerships. I gave them all the same instructions, which was I am not buying anything today as my wife isn't available, here's exactly the model I want with these options. Please work up your best offer and either tell me now or email it to me. I told them I'd let them know in two days. <br><br>Two dealerships gave me the price on the spot and tried to get me to buy now, One Hyundai dealership I walked out on as they were really high pressure and one Subaru dealership sent an email asking when I could bring my wife and only then would they give a price. I called them out courtesy to tell them I wouldn't be doing business with them. Sierra told me what they could do, thanked me for coming in and asked if I wanted to drive the Forester, which I did, then asked if I wanted to set up appointment so my wife could be there. I returned the next day without my wife as they had the best price and where so easy and pleasant to work with.<br><br>The Forester I had driven was not the color I wanted and didn't have a couple of important options I wanted so I was going to wait until they could get it. They then suggested I look at the next level up model as it had all the options but not the color. They then made me an offer on that more expensive model with a lower payment (same term) then the one they priced the day before, which was a great price. <br><br>I called my wife, told her the details and she gave me the go ahead. So I drove home in a beautiful black Forester Sport. Still would preferred a white sport but they earned my business.

Repeat CarProUSA Customer: I bought my daughter's 2019 Crosstrek from John Ruiz when he was GM at Sierra Subaru; glad to see him back at Sierra Subaru when I picked up my 2020 Outback Limited XT this week. I listened to Jerry Reynolds on CarProUSA.com podcasts and took his advice that if your in the market for a new car, now is the time to buy. I didn't get to talk with Jerry as I did with the Crosstrek, but I heard enough people calling in that were in a similar situation to make an informed decision. I got 0% financing for 63 months and a great price by working with Michael Conquilla, Internet Sales Manager. It was quite different than my in-person experience for the Crosstrek (during COVID-19), but it was nonetheless an excellent experience with Michael. Also, I was hoping to work with Leo Molina in finance, as I met him at the Sierra Subaru special event back in September 2019 when they introduced the 2020 Outback to the public and got to test drive the car. Leo was the one whom I worked with to arrange payments. It was at the Subaru special event that I knew that the 2020 Outback would be my next car. Excellent service all around; would come again and again. I recall John Ruiz telling me that they treat all their customers as if they were CarProUSA customers, but still, the CarProUSA system works, spoken from a repeat CarProUSA customer of Sierra Subaru. We enjoyed a pleasant, no pressure, experience evaluating the Ascent, Outback and Forester for our needs & wants in a new driver for my wife. She felt the Ascent & Outback were too big and liked the Forester. Jordan is personable and answered all of my questions. Michael noted that, near the end of the model year, the White with brown interior was going to be difficult to get. After we left a deposit he was able to obtain a Touring model, which had the height adjustable front passenger seat that we wanted. I had acknowledged that with the supply and demand situation we would pay MSRP for that vehicle. The financial dealings took less time than I anticipated, the extras were presented and my "no thanks" was accepted.<br><br>We had our re-delivery a month after we took possession of the Forester and Emely answered virtually all of my many questions. I discovered that I had not done enough prepurchase homework, as several of the safety/convenience features will be ongoing nuisances and one an irritating inconvenience, but this has no bearing on Sierra Subaru. It is a reflection on the Subaru documentation since these issues are not documented.
