Everyone at Smith South Plains was awesome to work with & the process was outstanding. It was a challenge to find the particular Ford Ranger I was looking for. Madee Alvarez was my first contact with Smith South Plains & she was very helpful throughout the process. My salesman, Dakota Holder, worked tirelessly to help me get the exact truck I wanted. He ensured that I got the deal I wanted and he is a true professional. From start to finish, the entire staff could not have been any more accommodating, friendly & professional. Smith South Plains definitely treated me like a true VIP. I highly recommend Smith South Plains Ford when you are looking for a new car.

Dakota was helpful and answered all my questions promptly. At the end of the day we simply couldn't make the numbers work with the truck he had in inventory.

I was given a fair amount for my trade, I was in and out in about three hours. I did lease a 2020 Ford edge which I love. And thanks for recommending south plains Ford because they were aces In my book

My husband and I arrived on the lot and looked around for about 10 minutes and when NO ONE came out to assist us, we went into the dealership. The girl at the front desk was pleasant and directed us to Dakota. Dakota was totally unengaged in showing me a car. We went for a test drive and he did not point out any features of the car. I had to ask what every single button was for! He was more interested in what route I needed to drive to get us back to the dealership. Totally unimpressed with this dealership as a whole.

I did my research of their inventory prior to visiting the dealership. Jacob listened to my needs and got me the best deal possible. There website is the most transparent of the all the dealerships I looked at. I am not particularly brand loyal. I try to get the most value for my money and believe I got it from Jacob.

Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and professional. We were in the market for a large SUV comparable to the Suburban that we had. Unfortunately they did not have anything available at this time. I will probably be looking for a used truck in a couple of years and will look to them to help me locate one.

I did not know what to expect when i signed up for my VIP pass. I figured it out real quick. Not 3 minutes after I filled out the information for the VIP pass, I received a phone call from Smith South Plains Ford in Levelland. I set up a time to meet Jacob Terry and the rest is history. From start to finish it took me less than an hour to buy my F150. Jacob really went out of his way to explain the rebates I was getting and actually found an additional rebate that was not listed. Very honest with no sales pressures at all. I would recommend them to any one.

The dealership’s online sales department contacted me the morning after submitting my info. for the VIP Priority Pass. They transferred me to Dakota, who was the salesman assigned to customers that contact them through CarProUSA. I was interested in an F150 that was on order by the dealer. Truck was not scheduled to come in for three to four weeks. Dakota called me back two weeks later to say it had arrived earlier than expected. Made an appointment to see and test drive the vehicle. Dakota was very helpful, answered all of my questions and never pressured me. Truck was exactly what I was looking for. There wasn’t really any negotiating the price due to low inventory availability, but there also weren’t any add ons or up charges that some dealerships charge. Ford announced new great financing the same day I test drove, so I agreed to purchase the truck. Came back the next day to sign paperwork and pick up the vehicle. Interaction with person in the finance department was very pleasant, fast and without pressure to buy anything extra. Dakota even came in on his day off to make sure everything went ok when picking up the truck. Overall a great experience, and I would highly recommend Smith Auto Family.

I wanted to trade my existing F150 Larriet in on my purchase but Dealer would not even give rough trade in value. They said since they would be wholesaling the vehicle that is all they would offer. Dealer kept me waiting for an hour to determine the value of my trade in. Never the less the vehicle I wanted was adequately priced and I did purchase it. (I went to Smith Ford because of the Car Pro show (it was 30 miles away) I was surprised at $100 discount but I think it disappeared in all the negotiations. Thank you though.
