The Roseville Toyota car pro representative called me within an hour of me filling out the car pro info on the site. They quoted msrp pricing on their Tundras. I asked if they had any discounts and they didn’t. I spoke with a couple other dealers who were running labor day specials, so I went with someone else.

This dealership has way too many add-on’s. I had to ask if they would take some of them off and they told me maybe it could be negotiated at the time of purchase. Not acceptable, and not what Jerry implies on the air that his dealers are upfront and fair. Perhaps this dealership is not abiding by the program.

The first appointment did not go well. We got shuffled over to a non-carpro group of pushy, obnoxious salement of various levels of management and we walked out. Jerry Reyolds suggested we call Dan Wermuth again and only deal with him. Dan understood the confusion of the first visit and personally helped us during the 2nd appointment a week later. Dan was great, just what we expected. He was patient, knowledgable, and did a good job for us. We ended up buying a car that just came in that day.

The dealership responded right away. However when I talked to a salesman on the phone all he wanted was for me to come into the dealership so we could talk. It is a two hour drive each way for me and he said they did not have any cars I wanted in stock, but one or two were on the way. When I asked about price of cars he would be getting, he again said to come in to store and we could go over the numbers. I wanted the numbers on the phone so he reluctantly gave me some figures ( I do not know how real they were). Then I asked about dealer markup and he said it was &7500!!! That was about a 25% markup of the total car cost. I said that was outrageous and he said he could "work" with me. I just needed to have "faith". I do not intend to make that drive where no car is actually available based on "having faith"

they were quick and they were fair. We have used Car Pro there before and have worked with Judy Cunningham before we had Dan. I did not like that Dan did not take care of us but another salesman did named Romeo. Romeo was fine but he kept having to go back and talk to Dan, which is why I really liked going through Car pro before, was so that I did not have to sit and wait for them to go to the finance guy and back again. A little disappointed in that aspect but overall they did fine.

The Car Pro contact is Dan Wermuth. We set up an appointment to meet with him and saw him for all of 3 seconds. He introduced us to Muhammad Ali who did take good care of us.<br>The only downsides are that we still had to haggle for a price that was acceptable to us and the upselling of things that we did not care about. The same upselling applied at the finance department. Overall, we spent about 5 hours there. I have owned 21 new cars in my life so this was not my first rodeo.

I wanted to purchase a Rav4 xse hybrid. They did not have one on lot, but Sean let us test drive different model. He mentioned the xse is new and scarce. If they did get one, he would call me, but couldn't promise me it would be there when I got there. (I have an hour drive to get to dealership). He said it's 1st come 1st serve. I haven't heard from him since. He and manager did not know what the VIP priority pass was. I thought he was a nice guy, but not helpful to me. <br>The good news is that Mona and Moe from Lodi Toyota contacted me via text. They are ordering the specific vehicle for me and will call me when it arrives to pick up. All in good faith, they are holding it for me while I drive there. They are Awesome! Great customer service and fantastic experience!

Dan Wermuth's protege John Wood from Roseville Toyota contacted me about a Sienna that I'm interested in. He didn't have one and said he might be able to find one or put me on a list. John said there would be a 15k extra charge over mrsp I said no thank you. I placed and order on a 24 Sienna from Dick Campagni Auto Group in Carson City NV at msrp price. Roseville Toyota - William Garcia, Dan Wermuth and company emails were confusing. The vehicle I inquired about was actually in transit and not available, but this was not communicated. Then instead of reading my request for a FWD Corolla Cross, they wanted to try and get me to purchase an AWD vehicle I am not interested in. If I wanted AWD, I would have stated as such.

This is our 2nd experience using CarPro. The first being at Elk Grove Ford a few years ago, which was an excellent all-around experience. 1. Roseville Toyota/ people: The people we came into contact with were all very good and we have absolutely no complaints. The salesperson we were assigned was Anfranee Lee who was excellent - he's professional, very responsive, knowledgeable and a joy to work with. The Process: This buying process however was nothing like our first at Elk Grove Ford a couple years ago. We had called Roseville Toyota ahead and arraigned a test drive for the Prius at 3: 00 pm and despite paying cash, didn't leave with the vehicle until after 8 pm. The 5 hours was disappointing and I was very tempted to walk out had I not been so impressed with Anfranee Lee. In the dealerships defense they did appear to be pretty darn busy despite it being the middle of the week, so that might have contributed to the long process. Again, I'm separating the 'people' from the 'process' as the former was an excellent experience and the latter was quite different:=) PS - Love your show, Jerry - you and Kevin educate and inform while entertaining!

At the appointment time your car pro salesman was a no show. It became apparent quickly that the new guy was new and never heard of car pro, we were turned to a 3 rd guy who new little about their inventory, and had to be pushed to check the pipeline. We wanted pricing on one of the incoming and were given sticker plus $7500 and 2450 in junk adds. When we tried to negotiate, we were told they would not discuss until the truck was in and we were physically there. We drove an hour to the dealer. We left and took delivery 2 days later at Modesto Toyota 1.5 hours from home. We paid sticker for our Tacoma with no adds., we agreed to everything over the phone and were in and out in one hour. You should sign them up!!

I met and talked to my Carpro representative, Nicole, I was never introduced to Dan. Nicole was great, but we decided to decline their offer. That's when the high pressure tactics started. Not by Nico but by a procession of other managers. I had to forcefully ask for my keys and car registration back. I received phone calls with different offers over the next several days. They wouldn't take no for an answer. I finally blocked their number.

I never went in to the dealership so I didn’t give them a chance. However I talk to them on the phone about buying a highlander and I ask them general what might I expect to pay for an unit and he told me that the price was $9,000 over MSRP. He did say we can negotiate that price. My sister who was looking to buy the highlander had already received a price at MSRP from a couple of other dealerships and so she didn’t give Roseville a chance. I was a little disappointed because I’m am very supportive of the carprousa process and have referred people and other relatives to carpro dealers.

A couple of hours after submitting the VIP request I received a phone call from Ali Goibnazarov, the Internet Sales Manager. He caught me off guard because the call came with no caller ID identifying the call as one from the dealership. Generally, I will not answer non ID'd calls. When he called, I was unaware of an email he had sent a while earlier so when he paraphrased the email and wanted to know when I could come to the dealer it was just confusing. I asked if this was in reference to my CarPro request and he said "Oh yeah, yeah we have a CarPro here." Again, not quite what I expected. So, no, I have had no contact with Dan Wermuth yet and no further contact with the dealer. My wife and I have very limited windows when we can go on appointments together due to conflicting work schedules. I was planning on reaching out to the dealer again to find a time that would work for all of us so we could explore the possibility of a pre-owned vehicle purchase.

Dan was full of information, and responded to all my emails. In sum, Toyota does not have what I want, now. I may want an Avalon in the future, and Dan also provided some information about that vehicle. Great service! Will definitely keep Roseville Toyota at the top of my list for next vehicle purchase!

Everyone was professional and great to work with. They gave a fair deal on our trade in and a great deal on a new Tacoma. They also give new car buyers a box of chocolate chip cookies from "Sully's Bakery" (onsite at dealer) that are absolutely incredible!

While initially friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable - I do not recommend this dealership AT ALL. At the end of the day - they didnt listen, they tried to pressure me into a car I had told them was out of my price range - and they kept playing sales games (returning with different numbers, trying to get me to stay until "the closer" arrived.) They totally wasted my time. THEN - they wouldn't stop calling me - even 2 weeks after my visit. ! I had to block their number. Even the initial friendliness etc wasn't anything out of the ordinary. I had a nice but very inexperienced sales person who's obviously working in a high pressure environment. I ultimately left feeling very uncomfortable and highly irritated.

Because of the distance, I asked the dealer to answer 3 questions before I drove the hour. They answered the phone and followed up. That’s about all I have to say that’s positive about this dealership. Ridiculous markups and pushy salesman. I called about trying to find a very specific truck, which they didn’t have and didn’t have information on whether one I wanted would be showing up or not. Despite this, they pushed to make me an appointment. I told them to call me when they had a truck I was looking for, to which they responded well we’ll just set an appointment anyways. I understand how dealerships work, being that I worked for one for many years. I get the goal is to get me in the door, but why am I going to come in for an appointment to see a truck you don’t have at a price that’s far worse than every single dealership in a 75 mile radius? I bought the truck I wanted from Folsom lake Toyota, and I did so because the salesman went above and beyond in his treatment of me as a customer. This dealership has created a reputation of poor service and unreasonable pricing throughout the Toyota community, and now I know why.

We were directed to Romeo who was very nice and knowledgeable. They did not have any Highlander Hybrids in stock at the time but Romeo said they had some coming in about a week and that he would let us know when they arrived so that we could test drive one. This was about a month ago. No contact of any kind. I sent three emails with questions. The last two were not responded to. They seemed to lose interest in my questions when I did not immediately want to purchase a vehicle.

I went to Roseville Toyota and they were fantastic! I was treated like royalty- the sales manager Dan came out and introduced himself to me and said if there was anything I needed, give him a call. The salesman Romeo was terrific- explained all the bells and whistles on the RAV4 I was interested in- we took a drive and I was sold! This is a great dealership and I will recommend them to all my friends and family. I’m so glad that I’ve been listening to Jerry and Kevin for years and love the show - it’s difficult being a single female walking into car dealerships but knowing that I had a CarPros recommended dealership made all the difference to me! This is the email I sent to the dealer after transaction:<br><br>Hello Dan,<br>I'm writing to express my disappointment with the CarProUSA car buying service at Roseville Toyota. I was led to believe we would receive preferential treatment and not have to endure the typical multiple layers of salesmen and closers and high pressure BS. That was not the case at all. Romeo was very professional and courteous. Other staff not so much and I never saw you, the person named on the CarProUSA certificate, once. During the transaction I made it clear I did not want the offered paint protection and I almost had to walk out to get it removed from the contract. I had to leave for a previous appointment so the plan was for Romeo to deliver the RAV and the contract at my home later in the afternoon. Low and behold my review of the contract at home found LoJack and other "services" in the contract not mentioned before, totaling almost $2000. These add-ons added $56 per month on my lease payment ($426 vs. $371)!! Romeo was embarrassed and called his supervisor who had mentioned only the paint protection "service" when we were at the dealership. On speakerphone he said oh no he mentioned all the added services and I only said I was denying the paint protection, but maybe he was speaking too fast for me to fully comprehend. Are you *uckin* kidding me?! <br><br>Romeo's supervisor actually wanted us to take possession of the new RAV at our home and give up our trade-in Camry with no signed contract. That tactic should be illegal. We declined. Tress had a previous engagement so she took off and Romeo is saying to his supervisor I can't bring the Camry back she's gone already. Anyway, the contract was no good so we were asked to drive back to the dealership (25 miles) AGAIN at 8PM for another new contract to review and sign. There the next guy shows up with the paperwork acting rushed and shuffling the papers and acting bent out of shape that I asked to review the contract. During my reading of the contract he gets up walks away towards his office and yells I'll be in my office. Tress and I looked at each other and shook our heads. We get up and like a couple of school kids tagging after their teacher, follow twenty feet behind him into his office to complete the paperwork. Again he's shuffling papers, trying to look organized. He didn't have a clue what we had been through in a transaction that started at 10 AM and it was now after 8 PM. We signed the contract and the other papers and paid the down-payment by check, had our new RAV delivered and got the hell out of there. You can verify all of this with Romeo as he was present during all contacts. We can't fix our experience but I hope you will take the time to decide if the CarProUSA service is something special or just a come-on and if the latter consider dropping the program. You're darn lucky the RAV we wanted is in short supply or we would have been long gone. Needless to say this will be our last purchase at Roseville Toyota.<br><br>Tom Bernardo<br>Tress Putnam

This dealership went above and beyond all expectations. I was not prepared to purchase a vehicle that day but everything fell into place. My downpayment, should I have chosen a vehicle, would have been made by check. However, if a deal was too good to pass I was prepared to use a credit card. Their maximum allowable for a credit card payment was below my goal. As it worked out the dealership was amenable to my driving the car to my home some 58 miles from their location. The Certified Sales Consultant followed me home where I transferred funds, online, from my savings to my checking account. I then rode back to the dealership with the consultant to retrieve the vehicle I used to get to Roseville. Can't say I've ever had such superlative and professional dealings!

Sales Associate Jason Seiff was helpful in assisting me with the purchase of a 2019 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road 4X4 double cab in the Barcelona red metallic color. The dealership offered a fair price and the transaction only took about 3.5 hours. I highly recommend Roseville Toyota!

The sales rep was friendly and informative. When it got down to actually trying to make a deal he was not listening to my answers about options they were offering. He kept going back-and-forth with his manager. I was under the impression this was going to be a no haggle experience but it was not. I ended up walking out. I'm so glad I did because I got a newer car in the color I really wanted with more options for the same price they were offering from another dealer .

When I made an inquiry about one of their cars on-line they sent me a link that created the VIP pass. Their web site offered to show me a CARFAX report but when I clicked on their link CARFAX wanted to charge me to see it (which was unusual). I spoke with Jacob and he emailed me a copy of the report free of charge. When I discovered that the car spent its first 6 years in Minnesota I was less enthusiastic about it because of possible rust. California cars don't present a rust issue. I decided to pursue other opportunities. But for quickly responding to my inquiry and following up with useful information I give this dealer 5 stars.
