I worked with Raul Garcia who had both of the Hyundai Tucson trims I was interested in ready when I came to the dealership on my lunch break. He explained the differences and was very patient with all of my questions. Within an hour, I was putting down a deposit on the car and came back that Saturday to finalize the deal. Since I didn't have anyone to help me get the car home, Raul drove it himself to my driveway after he got off work that evening. Now THAT is going above and beyond. The customer service I received was top-notch and I would not hesitate recommending them. As a matter of fact, I already have -- the other day to my Lyft driver!!

Big shout out to Raul for being so patient with us while we tried to decide between a few models. We made an inquiry through the Car Pro Show for the best Hyundai dealer, and immediately after our inquiry, Raul with Red McCombs Hyundai Northwest responded and offered friendly assistance. We drove to the dealership, and Raul immediately greeted us upon arrival with keys in hand to show us several SUVs. He took his time to explain the differences and similarities between each model, which was extremely helpful! We were looking for the most features and found out the 2025 Tucson Limited is filled with everything you could ever want, for much less than we expected! I wasn't expecting the Tucson to be so roomy and sit up as tall as it does, and feels like a larger sized SUV. The GM, Fabian was awesome because he came out to meet us and offered us a deal we couldn't refuse! Oscar in Finance was also very helpful with explaining the options/add-ons, so were could make an informed decision. He was very professional and kind. There was absolutely no pushy or aggressive sales tactics whatsoever. Everything was delivered on as they promised. We couldn't ask for a better experience and highly recommend this dealership should you be in the market for a great deal!
