I initially texted with Robert Rendon due to Mike Buffenbarger being out for a death in the family. I was looking for a new RAV4 (actually needed one right away) but knew it was unlikely to find one on the lot due to the chip shortage. To my surprise they just happened to have a new 2021 RAV4 XLE AWD Hybrid on the lot. I drove 1.5 hours to get to their place and actually worked with Jason Moran on the sale. He was super friendly and so easy to work with. I feel like we got a very fair deal on our trade and a good deal on the new car based on current market with car shortages. We had not originally been looking for a hybrid, but loved this one. We drove away that night with our new vehicle. The experience was excellent and I highly recommend everyone go the CarPro way.

My CarPro experience with Red McCombs Toyota was a good news/bad news experience. The bad news is that Mike was on vacation when I wanted to visit. The good news is that Mike was on vacation when I wanted to visit, and I got to meet with Brittney. She had Jesse Mancillas assist me. I think Jesse is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of CarPro U. Long story short, I traded in my 2023 Ram 1500 Limited, which I loved but was too big for my wife to drive, for a 2024 Tacoma Limited (Bronze Oxide). It just so happened that the truck was due to come that Saturday afternoon. It was delayed until Monday due to Beryl, but I picked up the Tacoma on Monday. Mike spent 30 minutes welcoming me and made me feel very comfortable and like I was a valuable customer. Salesperson Harvey Noiel had all the paperwork completed and immediately took me to finance. Afterwards, Harvey installed the Toyota App and said he would personally deliver my new 2022 Four Runner to my home in New Braunfels the next day — it was still on the transport truck from Houston. As promised, Harvey delivered the vehicle to my home and went over all the features. I hope I can find the right words to express how wonderful it was to work with Mike Buffenbarger at Red McCombs Toyota in San Antonio. We had decided on a Rav 4 but were not sure whether we should go with a hybrid or just gas. He answered all of our questions and patiently listened to us go back and forth before we finally decided on the hybrid. He also explained about the lack of inventory and somehow found a Rav 4 Hybrid for us that had not been claimed and would be in within the month! Mike kept us up to date on the progress and today we went in and picked up our new car. The process could not have been smoother - absolutely no hassels at all.
