It's officially here! The 2023 North Texas Auto Show kicked off at the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center in Dallas on Thursday and runs through this Sunday, February 19th.
There are a bunch of new vehicles on display including the 2024 Toyota Highlander, the first-ever Lexus RZ, first-ever Dodge Dart, the new Ford Mustang, new Toyota Crown, the Polestar 2 and more.
Brands in attendance: Acura, Audi, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Ford, Honda, Hyundai, Jeep, Kia, Lexus, Nissan, Polestar, Ram, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen.
New exhibits this year include the Shelby Showcase and The Family Place Charity Golf Course) this year. An indoor EV test track is back for 2023 with a straightway to really get a chance to feel the acceleration an EV provides as a passenger.
We chatted with Brent Franks, President of the North Texas Automobile Dealers at the show Thursday where he shared some show highlights:
Ride & Drive Experience: Attendees will have the opportunity to drive several of the latest models from Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Fiat, Jeep & Ram.
EV Indoor Test Track: An indoor electric vehicle test track give riders the first-hand experience of the power and performance of EVs. This year's course will feature a 250ft plus straight-away, winding turns, and a slalom course for the ultimate in EV acceleration, performance, and handling.

Subaru Loves Pets: Subaru of America is back this year partnering once again with local rescues and foster groups to host pet adoptions in Hall B. The Subaru Loves Pet initiative is dedicated to improving the safety and well-being of animals in our community by helping place animals in loving homes.
Shelby Showcase: Marking what would have been Carroll Shelby’s 100 birthday in 2023, a special exclusive showcase will feature a private collection Shelby vehicles representing multiple decades of one of the most well respected vehicles.
The Family Place Charity Golf Course: New to the North Texas Auto Show this year, The Family Place Charity Golf Course. Families and attendees can play an 18 hole round of miniature golf in this charity fundraiser for The Family Place.

It is a cashless event and only credit or debit cards will be accepted. Children 5 and under are free. Military and senior (65+) ticket discount available on site with valid ID.
