We're just a couple of weeks away from learning this year's 2024 World Car of the Year winners. From a starting field of 70 eligible vehicles, it's now down to the Top Three finalists in six categories:

The Top Three finalists were whittled down from an initial list of 70 vehicles across all categories, then a short-list of 10 for World Car of the Year and five for each of the other categories, except Design. A jury of 100+ distinguished international automotive journalists from 29 countries selected the finalists by secret ballot and votes were tabulated by KPMG. Jurors evaluated each eligible vehicle on eight separate parameters as part of their own professional test drive experiences.
Winners will be announced later this month at the on March 27th at the New York International Auto Show. This marks the 19th year of the World Car Awards' partnership with the auto show.
